The problem
Wiserfunding needed to replace the frontend of its SME risk-analysis platform. The product had to present complex information clearly and work reliably for professional users.
The work
Our relationship began with the marketing site and grew into product design and frontend development. We worked with Wiserfunding's stakeholders on the interface, reduced repeated requests to the backend, and built reusable components. We also made risk reports accessible on tablets and phones, even though most existing usage was on desktop.
What changed
Users could access reports away from their desks. A shared component structure made subsequent changes easier to manage. We worked alongside Wiserfunding's own team and adjusted frontend capacity around delivery needs and backend readiness.
Why this work matters to me
Existing usage can hide an unmet need: desktop-only software will produce desktop-only usage. The useful product decision was to give people another option, then keep working with the team as the platform evolved.
